The vast majority of AG Semi's current inventory of tools is located in this facility, which is managed by AG Semi Services.

The Nijmegen facility comprises approximately 11,600 square meters, of which 10,400 square meters consists of temperature controlled storage and 1,200 square meters consists of a "clean" refurbishment facility.
